About the job As a seasonal Usher at The Groves, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with seating and directions, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visitor experience. You will serve as a front-line representative of The Groves, providing excellent customer service, maintaining safety and order, and contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with entry Assist in front desk ticket sales Provide directions, event information, and assistance to guests throughout the venue Ensure orderly crowd flow and guide guests to their designated areas Assist with managing queues and controlling access to restricted areas Monitor guest behavior and promptly report any issues to supervisors Support safety protocols and emergency procedures when required Maintain cleanliness and presentation of assigned areas Deliver outstanding customer service and represent The Groves' values at all times
