Role Overview

Support and manage IAM solutions, resolve escalated issues, participate in system updates, analyze incoming requests, and contribute to change management and disaster recovery activities. Facilitate smooth system handovers and provide knowledge transfer to enhance team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in configuring and administering Sailpoint IAM, IBM SSO, Beyond Trust PAM, VMware MDM, and Safenet MFA solutions.

  • Address and resolve escalated issues from L1 support teams.

  • Participate in system updates, upgrades, and health checks.

  • Analyze requests for potential risks and provide actionable insights.

  • Support change management processes and document system changes.

  • Facilitate system handovers and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for L1 teams.

  • Recommend access controls aligned with security policies.

  • Identify system vulnerabilities and support mitigation efforts.

  • Monitor system performance and enhance feature utilization.

  • Participate in disaster recovery drills and regular system maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in IAM, SSO, PAM, MDM, or MFA solutions.

  • Basic hands-on experience with IDM platforms and authentication technologies (SAML, LDAP, basic SSO).

  • Understanding of user provisioning/de-provisioning and IDP-initiated workflows.

  • Awareness of cybersecurity policies and practices relevant to identity management.

  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+) preferred but not mandatory.
