Job Description

The role requires strong analytical and strategic skills to support the management and monitoring of portfolio companies through business development, performance analysis, reporting, and market research. It also involves contributing to post-investment integration projects within the invested companies to ensure alignment and added value, in accordance with approved standards and procedures. Key Accountabilities & Activities This section describes the principal outputs required from the job. Key Accountabilities Key Activities Portfolio Monitoring and Analysis Assist in gathering, organizing, and validating performance data of portfolio companies. Support in the preparation of periodic portfolio review reports, dashboards, and presentations. Track KPIs and financial indicators to support portfolio performance assessments. . Integration Support Contribute to post-investment integration projects by tracking action plans, milestones, and synergy realization. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect relevant information.
