Role Overview

  • Ensure aircraft and all components remain in optimal condition and fully functional.

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and installation across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, and structural systems.

  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections according to aviation regulations and manufacturer guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect fuselage, wings, and tail sections for corrosion, distortion, and hidden cracks using advanced tools like X-ray and magnetic inspection equipment.

  • Conduct routine line service tasks, including cleaning, refueling, and oil changes.

  • Examine landing gear, hydraulics, deicing units, and other aircraft systems to detect faults.

  • Prepare, treat, and repair aircraft surfaces for maintenance or painting.

  • Remove, inspect, repair, and reinstall in-flight refueling systems and external fuel tanks.

  • Trim, shape, and install replacement structural sections to ensure precise fit and secure placement.

  • Accompany aircraft in-flight when necessary for adjustments and corrective actions.

  • Cure bonded structures using portable or stationary equipment to maintain integrity.

  • Maintain precise documentation of all preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

  • Measure wear and assess control systems to ensure operational standards.

  • Collect and analyze fuel and oil samples to detect contamination or irregularities.

  • Interpret technical manuals, service bulletins, and specifications to determine repair feasibility.

  • Diagnose pilot-reported issues, remove defective components, and perform necessary replacements or repairs.

  • Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout maintenance operations.
