Role Overview

Accountable for effective management of all RUH and Domestic Maintenance functions, including A-check and Tooling teams. Provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring safety, compliance, employee engagement, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for the division, set objectives, and manage team performance.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align maintenance operations with strategic goals.

  • Oversee 24/7 maintenance operations, including A-check and Tooling teams.

  • Ensure compliance with aircraft maintenance standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Apply Human Factors and Human Performance principles.

  • Manage technical projects and ensure certifying staff maintain required authorizations.

  • Evaluate maintenance standards and service provider performance.

  • Contribute to safety strategy and emergency response planning.

  • Prepare and monitor the division’s budget; control costs and ensure cost-effective service delivery.

  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical, Avionics, Industrial, or related).

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in maintenance operations or related technical field.

  • At least 8 years in a managerial role within maintenance or aviation operations.

  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills.

  • Proven experience in safety, regulatory compliance, and team development.
