Job Description

The main role of Quantity surveyor is Auditing, verifying and preparing the monthly progress valuations and final accounts based on Schedule of Rates (SoR) / Manhours against approved cost estimates and Contract Terms and Conditions including site visits to carry out site verifications and measurements. Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs. Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts. Coordination of work effort. Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues. Valuing completed work and arranging for payments. Qualification : Bachelor degree in E&I or Equivalent Degree Experience : Minimum of 10 years' of experience out of which min 05 years worked in Aramco’s Pipeline Projects under Engineering Department
