Details

Qiddiya’s Residential Business Unit is leading the creation of dynamic, modern communities. The first phase of construction begins this year, and the role will be pivotal in advancing residential projects from concept all the way to execution.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of staff accommodation projects
Manage full project cycles including feasibility, design coordination, pre-construction, and contractor selection
Own the P&L and ensure end-to-end project success
Navigate stage gate processes for seamless approvals
Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and regulatory entities
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and external stakeholders
Stay updated on market and industry trends to enhance value and livability

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Real Estate, Architecture, Business, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Development Manager in early real estate phases
Experience in residential or housing developments
Previous work on villas and/or townhouses
Strong experience conducting feasibility studies
A portfolio demonstrating successful project delivery
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong project management abilities across multiple projects
Advanced presentation skills (PowerPoint)

إدارة الربحية وتحمل مسؤولية نجاح المشروع من البداية للنهاية
إدارة عمليات الموافقات وفق منهجية Stage Gate بكفاءة
التعاون مع فرق التصميم والاستشاريين والجهات التنظيمية
إعداد وتقديم عروض مؤثرة للإدارة العليا والشركاء
متابعة اتجاهات السوق واعتماد أفضل ممارسات التطوير السكني

المتطلبات

درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في العقار، العمارة، الأعمال، المالية أو مجال ذي صلة
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمدير تطوير في المراحل المبكرة للمشاريع العقارية
خبرة في مشاريع سكنية أو إسكان
خبرة في مشاريع الفلل أو التاون هاوس
خبرة قوية في دراسات الجدوى
محفظة مشاريع ناجحة مُدارة من البداية للنهاية
مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة
قدرة ممتازة على إدارة المشاريع المتعددة
إجادة عالية في إعداد العروض باستخدام PowerPoint
