About the job Job Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and coordinate activities related to housing relocation and community development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Plan, prepare for Identifying the operational projects resources, and clearly define roles and responsibilities of the team in the projects in accordance with Tanmiah’s policies and procedures. Identify suitable options for fieldwork requirements in coordination with relevant entities. Study and analyze the GIS data for projects, identifying the characteristics of properties within the scope, and developing detailed plans for fieldwork. Collect, analyze, and process other data to ensure the accuracy of information used in decision-making for project planning. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any other related field. 5 to 8 years of experience in Project Planning. Strong knowledge of the real state industry.
