Nestlé Waters KSA – Naqiah Water Factory (Al Madinah Industrial Area)

Role Summary

Support and advise the factory team in all Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) aspects, focusing on local legal compliance, market-level initiatives, and continuous improvement toward zero accidents and incidents.

Responsibilities

SHE Objective: Coordinate the development and implementation of the factory's SHE strategy and program, ensure targets are met, and monitor performance.
SHE Compliance: Ensure full implementation of legal SHE requirements, monitor compliance with company policies, and maintain alignment with NCE, TPM, LEAN, SHE-PM & NMS.
Manage NIMS jointly with Quality, and maintain networks with authorities and other factories.
SHE Standards: Implement, maintain, and improve SHE Management Systems, including ISO14001 and ISO45000 certification. Lead TPM SHE pillar activities.
SHE Pillar: Provide coaching and support on the shop floor while promoting SHE awareness and ownership. Ensure accurate management of SHE performance data.
SHE Routines: Lead the factory SHE risk assessment program, including incident investigation, corrective actions, auditing, and strengthening safety culture and BBS focus.

Requirements

Diploma in Health & Safety or equivalent
Professional experience in safety, health, and environmental fields
Leadership capability with experience guiding teams
NEBOSH International Certificate or equivalent
OHSAS 18001 Internal Auditor certification
ISO 14001 Internal Auditor certification

دعم وتقديم المشورة لفريق المصنع في جميع جوانب الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (SHE) مع التركيز على الامتثال للأنظمة المحلية، وتطبيق المبادرات المعتمدة، وتحقيق التحسين المستمر في الأداء.

المسؤوليات

أهداف SHE: تنسيق تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية وبرنامج الصحة والسلامة والبيئة بالمصنع، وضمان تحقيق الأهداف ومراقبة الأداء.
الامتثال SHE: ضمان تطبيق المتطلبات القانونية، ومتابعة الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وأنظمة NCE، TPM، LEAN، SHE-PM وNMS.
إدارة نظام NIMS بالتعاون مع قسم الجودة، وتطوير شبكة علاقات مع الجهات الرسمية والمصانع الأخرى.
معايير SHE: تنفيذ وتطوير أنظمة إدارة السلامة والبيئة والحفاظ على شهادات ISO14001 وISO45000. قيادة أنشطة عمود السلامة في TPM.
