Position Summary

Responsible for managing Production and Technical Store consumable materials at the Almanhal Water Factory in Jeddah Industrial City.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and oversee trade assets and all company goods accurately.
Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are damage-free with proper reporting of quality variances.
Record all raw materials in the ERP system, tag items with barcodes, and organize materials in the warehouse.
Create Purchase Requests using Easy Request & SAP and follow through on execution.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts.
Comply with Nestlé safety rules and procedures to ensure personal and team safety.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
Basic chemical background with sound understanding of chemical handling, storage requirements, safety procedures, and MSDS.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Skills

Strong MS Excel skills.
Good English communication ability.

المسؤوليات الأساسية

الحفاظ على الأصول التجارية وجميع البضائع التابعة للشركة ومتابعتها بدقة.
ضمان خلو الشحنات الواردة والصادرة من التلف، والإبلاغ عن أي فروقات في الجودة.
تسجيل جميع المواد الخام في نظام ERP، ووضع الباركود وترتيب المواد داخل المخزن.
إنشاء طلبات الشراء في Easy Request وSAP ومتابعتها حتى التنفيذ.
إجراء الجرد اليومي والأسبوعي والشهري.
الالتزام بقواعد وإجراءات السلامة الخاصة بشركة نستله لضمان سلامتك وسلامة الآخرين.

المتطلبات

دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس.
خلفية أساسية في الكيمياء وفهم جيد للتعامل مع المواد الكيميائية ومتطلبات التخزين وإجراءات السلامة ونشرات MSDS.
إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office.

المهارات

مهارات قوية في برنامج Excel.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
