Role Overview

Support day-to-day supply chain operations, including stock monitoring, replenishment planning, order fulfillment, supplier coordination, and reporting. Ensure timely deliveries and high service levels while contributing to process improvements and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock levels and support replenishment to prevent stock-outs.

  • Assist in demand forecasting through sales data analysis, market trends, and store feedback.

  • Coordinate product allocation based on assortment and sales priorities.

  • Collaborate with warehouses and logistics providers to ensure smooth inbound/outbound flows.

  • Track order fulfillment, lead times, and delivery performance; escalate delays as needed.

  • Work with suppliers and commercial teams on delivery schedules, discrepancies, and promotional volumes.

  • Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards on stock availability, service levels, and delivery efficiency.

  • Support process improvements, system updates, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in Retail/FMCG.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and numerical skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/supply chain systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.

  • Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and committed to operational excellence.
