Job Title: Branch Manager – Car Rental

About the Role:
The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring high levels of sales and customer satisfaction for the respective Car Rental branch through team management, customer interactions, cash management, and service delivery in line with corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of regional sales plans and lead sales activities for the branch to achieve agreed targets.

  • Monitor and review branch sales results to ensure adherence to targets and implement corrective actions if needed.

  • Lead the implementation of customer delight initiatives and monitor customer satisfaction scores.

  • Ensure all customer transactions comply with corporate guidelines and address customer issues promptly.

  • Manage high-level customer escalations to ensure branch targets are achieved.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager – Regional Rental to meet department objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management preferred.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Strong communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.

  • Good customer service etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.

  • ضمان تنفيذ جميع معاملات العملاء وفقًا لإرشادات الشركة ومعالجة أي مشكلات بسرعة.

  • إدارة التصعيدات أو المشكلات الكبيرة للعملاء لضمان تحقيق أهداف الفرع.

  • أداء مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل المدير الإقليمي – التأجير الإقليمي لتحقيق أهداف القسم.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

  • خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

  • دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال مفضل.

  • معرفة ممتازة ببرامج Microsoft Office.

  • مهارات تواصل قوية؛ إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية.

  • حسن سلوك خدمة العملاء ومهارات قوية في التواصل الشفوي والكتابي وبين الأشخاص.

  • القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة وتنظيم العمل وتحديد الأولويات بفعالية.
