Job Description

A reputable energy and drilling services company based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is hiring a Legal Manager to support its Legal & Compliance Department. The Legal Manager will be responsible for managing contract review, negotiation, compliance, and litigation coordination while maintaining high-quality legal governance and professional standards within the company. Key Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including procurement agreements, drilling and oilfield services contracts, and rig build and shipyard contracts. Manage engagement with external legal counsel on litigation, advisory, and consultancy matters. Ensure effective implementation and enforcement of legal policies and procedures, including the contract management framework. Provide proactive legal advice and support to operational, procurement, and management teams. Monitor and manage legal risk across the business and ensure compliance with local and international laws. Review and improve internal templates and procedures to standardize contracting processes.
