Job Description

As an Enterprise Data Architect, you will design and govern enterprise-wide data architectures that enable secure, interoperable, and insight-driven decision-making. You’ll work across ministries and entities to define data strategies, build data frameworks, and integrate systems following national and international best practices. Tasks Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain enterprise data models, reference architectures, and metadata standards. Establish and govern data management, quality, and classification policies in line with SDAIA and NORA 2.0. Lead the design of data warehouses, data lakes, and integration platforms to support digital transformation. Work closely with business, technology, and security architects to ensure consistent architecture alignment. Advise on data interoperability and open-data initiatives across government entities. Support RFP processes, technical evaluations, and vendor solution reviews. Conduct data maturity assessments and define target data architecture roadmaps. Promote data-driven culture through training, documentation, and governance workshops.
