Details

CMA CGM Saudi Arabia is expanding its organization and seeking a Sales Support professional to join its fast-growing and high-performance team in Jeddah. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and ensure smooth handling of pricing, quotations, and commercial follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Support customers in using MyPrice platform
Handle quotation requests from inside and outside sales teams
Manage and support a dedicated customer portfolio
Follow up on quotations sent, expiring, or not booked
Contribute to resolving pricing or commercial disputes
Coordinate with pricing teams on freight and DDSM claims
Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products
Provide back-up support for Inside and Outside Sales teams

Requirements

University Degree in Marketing
Minimum 2 years of experience
Relevant experience in the shipping industry preferred
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Strong skills in account and portfolio management
Ability to prepare and execute meetings effectively
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Strategic alignment and strong commercial acumen
Negotiation skills and market awareness
Proficiency in computer applications, software, and IT tools
Position based in Jeddah

التعامل مع طلبات العروض الواردة من فرق المبيعات الداخلية والخارجية
إدارة ودعم محفظة عملاء محددة
متابعة العروض المرسلة والمنتهية وغير المحجوزة
المساهمة في حل النزاعات المتعلقة بالتسعير
التنسيق مع فرق التسعير بشأن شكاوى الشحن وخدمات DDSM
الترويج لخدمات مجموعة CMA CGM ومنتجاتها غير البحرية
تقديم الدعم الاحتياطي لفرق المبيعات الداخلية والخارجية
