CMA CGM Saudi Arabia is expanding and seeking a Logistics Officer based in Jeddah. The role focuses on monitoring and managing container movements, coordinating with terminals and internal teams, ensuring accuracy in reporting, supporting operational efficiency, and maintaining strong customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage container movements with precise tracking and documentation
Coordinate with terminal teams for loading/unloading and resolve operational issues
Generate daily container status and availability reports
Maintain accurate full/empty container inventory and follow up on repairs
Collaborate with sales and planning teams to forecast container needs
Analyze container flow trends and support capacity planning
Act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners
Track logistics costs and prepare monthly cost reports
Resolve issues related to long idle, damaged, or lost containers
Provide customer support regarding container status and operations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
2–4 years of experience in container management or shipping logistics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software (TMS, EDI preferred)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to visit terminals and operational sites as needed

التنسيق مع الموانئ لعمليات التحميل والتفريغ وحل المشكلات التشغيلية
إعداد التقارير اليومية عن حالة وتوافر الحاويات
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للحاويات الفارغة والممتلئة ومتابعة أعمال الصيانة
التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والتخطيط لتوقع احتياجات الحاويات
تحليل اتجاهات حركة الحاويات ودعم خطط السعة التشغيلية
العمل كحلقة وصل بين الفرق الداخلية والشركاء الخارجيين
متابعة تكاليف العمليات اللوجستية وإعداد تقارير شهرية
حل مشكلات الحاويات المهملة أو التالفة أو المفقودة

المتطلبات

درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات أو إدارة سلسلة الإمداد أو إدارة الأعمال
خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في إدارة الحاويات أو الخدمات اللوجستية
مهارات قوية في التحليل والتواصل
إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office وبرامج اللوجستيات (يفضل TMS, EDI)
القدرة على العمل باستقلالية في بيئة سريعة
القدرة على زيارة مواقع العمليات والموانئ
