Role Overview

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE policies and procedures to create a safe, compliant, and sustainable work environment. The role includes conducting audits, risk assessments, inspections, and ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Health, Safety & Environment
Implement HSE policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Quality Assurance
Monitor quality systems, ensure adherence to ISO standards, and support continuous improvement.
Training & Awareness
Provide training sessions on safety procedures, emergency response, and quality standards.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare incident reports, audit findings, and maintain accurate QHSE records.
Compliance & Improvement
Lead initiatives that enhance operational safety and quality performance across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
Certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 are highly preferred.
2–5 years of experience in QHSE roles.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, ISO standards, and management systems.
Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in both office and field environments, with flexible hours when required.
