Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Leading workshops and employee awareness sessions on Business Continuity concepts. Conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify critical business functions for ensuring continuity. Performing Business Continuity tests. Preparing periodic Business Continuity reports. Monitoring, measuring, and evaluating Business Continuity performance. Assessing risks associated with each business function related to Business Continuity. Ensuring compliance and implementing corrective actions. Developing appropriate plans to define activities, resources, and personnel required for crisis and disaster response. Prepare accurate and timely reports to meet "Tanmiah" requirements. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field. • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
