Principal Accountabilities
Safety:
-
Provide and maintain a safe work environment.
-
Demonstrate leadership in all company and industry safe work processes to prevent injuries.
-
Adhere to company HSSE policies and procedures and ensure all environmental regulatory requirements are met.
-
Ensure BHIG standards and global best practices for EH&S, productivity, reliability, quality, and customer service are met.
Technical:
-
Provide direction and guidance based on technical feedback from Engineering and Maintenance.
-
Support Operations and Maintenance, maintain accurate documentation, and monitor quality assurance initiatives.
-
Ensure safety, reliability, and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.
-
Provide input for scheduled outages to meet contractual requirements.
-
Manage plant production efficiently using data-driven decisions to achieve maximum profitability.
-
Identify productivity expansion projects in collaboration with business areas.
Operations and Maintenance:
-
Ensure safety of all personnel via BHIG Basic Safety Practice program (Safety Work Permits, LOTO, Confined Space, etc.).
-
Plan, organize, audit, and follow up to build the BHIG safety culture.
-
Ensure all tasks are completed safely following established procedures.
-
Verify and execute maintenance notifications in SAP correctly.
-
Participate in pre-work visits to identify risk activities and prepare work permit documents.
-
Manage daily maintenance plans, prioritization, and readiness of equipment for preventive and corrective maintenance.
-
Facilitate testing, routine preventive maintenance, and repair schedules to ensure operational continuity.
-
Support incident investigations, Root Cause Analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
-
Act as a single point of contact for internal facility issues and coordinate resources.
-
Coach and train operations personnel to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering minimum.
-
Minimum 15 years in Steam Methane Reformer-based gas, petrochemical, or related industries in operations, engineering, and/or maintenance.
-
10+ years in line supervision of process operations roles.
-
Proven coordination experience across operations, engineering, and maintenance teams.
-
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with effective communication.
-
Ability to manage customer interactions daily.
-
Extensive technical knowledge in operations, engineering, and maintenance.
-
Proficient in English (speaking and writing).
-
Knowledge of local environmental, health, and safety requirements.

الجانب الفني:

تقديم التوجيه والإرشاد استنادًا إلى الملاحظات الفنية من فرق الهندسة والصيانة.

دعم عمليات التشغيل والصيانة، والحفاظ على دقة المستندات، ومراقبة مبادرات ضمان الجودة.
-
ضمان سلامة وموثوقية وقابلية صيانة المعدات والعمليات والمرافق وأنظمة التحكم والسلامة.
-
تقديم المدخلات الخاصة بالتوقفات المجدولة لضمان تحقيق المتطلبات التعاقدية.
-
إدارة إنتاج المصنع بكفاءة باستخدام قرارات مبنية على البيانات لتحقيق أقصى ربحية.
-
تحديد مشاريع زيادة الإنتاجية بالتعاون مع فرق العمل.
العمليات والصيانة:
-
ضمان سلامة جميع الموظفين من خلال برنامج السلامة الأساسي لشركة BHIG (تصاريح العمل، LOTO، الأماكن المغلقة، إلخ).
-
التخطيط، التنظيم، التدقيق والمتابعة لتعزيز ثقافة السلامة في BHIG.
-
التأكد من تنفيذ جميع المهام بأمان وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة.
-
التحقق من وتنفيذ إشعارات الصيانة في SAP بشكل صحيح.
-
المشاركة في زيارات ما قبل العمل لتحديد المخاطر وإعداد مستندات تصاريح العمل.
-
إدارة الخطط اليومية للصيانة، ترتيب الأولويات، وتجهيز المعدات للصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
-
تسهيل الاختبارات، الصيانة الوقائية الروتينية، وجدولة الإصلاحات لضمان استمرارية التشغيل.
-
دعم التحقيقات في الحوادث وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية مستدامة.
-
العمل كنقطة اتصال واحدة لمشاكل المنشأة الداخلية وتنسيق الموارد.
-
توجيه وتدريب فرق التشغيل لتحقيق التميز التشغيلي ورضا العملاء.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
-
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية أو الميكانيكية أو هندسة العمليات كحد أدنى.
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في صناعات الغاز المعتمدة على Steam Methane Reformer، أو الصناعات البتروكيماوية، أو المجالات ذات الصلة في العمليات أو الهندسة أو الصيانة.
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الإشراف على عمليات الإنتاج.
-
خبرة مثبتة في التنسيق بين فرق العمليات والهندسة والصيانة.
-
مهارات قيادية وشخصية قوية وقدرة على العمل ضمن الفريق والتواصل الفعال.
-
القدرة على إدارة تفاعلات العملاء يوميًا.
-
معرفة تقنية واسعة في مجالات العمليات والهندسة والصيانة.
