Keep Projects Growing – Logistics Officer, Landscape Construction


Join our dynamic landscape construction team as a Logistics Officer and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across multiple project sites. This is an opportunity to combine logistics expertise with construction project coordination, supporting timely delivery of materials, plants, and equipment.

Role Overview

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day logistics operations for landscape construction sites.

  • Ensure timely delivery of materials, plants, equipment, and tools to multiple locations.

  • Prepare, track, and manage purchase orders, delivery notes, and other logistics documentation.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure availability of required items.

  • Optimize storage, transportation, and distribution processes to minimize delays and wastage.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels of materials and consumables.

  • Monitor fleet/vehicle movements, schedule deliveries, and arrange transport as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

  • Assist Project Managers in planning material requirements and delivery schedules.

  • Identify and resolve logistics issues or bottlenecks efficiently.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2–4+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain; experience in construction or landscape projects preferred.

  • Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory, and transportation processes.

  • Hands-on experience coordinating deliveries to multiple sites.

  • Good command of English.

  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP SAP or inventory software knowledge is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience in landscape construction, infrastructure, or civil works projects.

  • Knowledge of landscape materials (plants, soil, irrigation, hardscape products).

  • Experience in GCC / Saudi Arabia and familiarity with local suppliers.

  • تخطيط وتنسيق ومراقبة العمليات اللوجستية اليومية لمواقع مشاريع تنسيق الحدائق.

  • ضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب للمواد والنباتات والمعدات والأدوات إلى المواقع المختلفة.

  • إعداد ومتابعة وإدارة أوامر الشراء وملاحظات التسليم والوثائق اللوجستية الأخرى.

  • التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين الداخليين لضمان توفر المواد المطلوبة.

  • تحسين عمليات التخزين والنقل والتوزيع لتقليل التأخير والهدر.

  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمخزون ومتابعة مستويات المواد والاستهلاكات.

  • متابعة حركة المركبات والأسطول، وتنظيم جدول التسليم وترتيب وسائل النقل عند الحاجة.

  • ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة ومعايير السلامة واللوائح المحلية.

  • مساعدة مديري المشاريع في تخطيط احتياجات المواد وجداول التسليم.

  • تحديد وحل مشاكل اللوجستيات أو الاختناقات بسرعة وكفاءة.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة

  • درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات، إدارة سلسلة التوريد، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة معادلة).

  • خبرة 2–4 سنوات في اللوجستيات أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد، ويفضل في مشاريع البناء أو تنسيق الحدائق.

  • فهم قوي لعمليات المخازن، المخزون والنقل.

  • خبرة عملية في تنسيق التسليم إلى مواقع متعددة.

  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.

  • إجادة MS Office (Excel، Word، Outlook)؛ ومعرفة ERP SAP أو برامج المخزون ميزة إضافية.

  • مهارات تنظيمية واتصال وحل مشكلات ممتازة.

  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.

المفضل / ميزة إضافية

  • خبرة في مشاريع تنسيق الحدائق أو البنية التحتية أو الأعمال المدنية.
