Role Overview

Oversee and manage logistics operations for landscape construction projects, ensuring smooth coordination of materials, equipment, suppliers, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics operations for ongoing landscape construction projects.

  • Manage material procurement, delivery schedules, and inventory.

  • Coordinate transportation, equipment allocation, and on-site mobilization.

  • Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and suppliers to ensure seamless workflow.

  • Optimize supply chain processes to minimize delays and control costs.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

  • Maintain accurate logistic records, reports, and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional logistics experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

  • Experience in landscape construction, civil works, or general construction is highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain practices, equipment coordination, and site logistics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage complex timelines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with logistics software and project management tools.
