Job Description

Driving the vision, strategy, and execution of the product roadmap within an agile, squad-based environment. You’ll act as the voice of the customer and the bridge between business goals, customer needs, and technical delivery. Working closely with cross-functional squads — including Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Customer Support you’ll ensure our products deliver meaningful value, solve real customer problems, and continuously improve based on data and feedback. This role combines strategic product ownership, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership in resolving customer and technical issues at their root. Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Roadmap Define and communicate the product vision and strategic roadmap in alignment with company goals. Translate business objectives and customer insights into clear, actionable initiatives. Prioritize features, enhancements, and fixes based on impact, effort, and customer value.
