Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to provide essential technical and project management support within our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for Transportation and Infrastructure Planning. The successful candidate will have strong technical proficiency, experience in technology transfer, and proven stakeholder engagement skills on large-scale projects, ideally within the GCC region—Saudi Arabia experience highly desirable. The role is based in Abha, Saudi Arabia. Missions/Main Duties Project Support: Assist in managing the planning, design, and execution of transportation and infrastructure projects, in line with industry standards and client requirements. PMC Assistance: Support PMC processes, including scheduling, monitoring, budgeting, procurement, risk identification, and quality assurance. Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate communications with clients, government agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Departmental Development: Mentor junior engineers; contribute to training programs and help build technical capacity within the department. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant local, regional, and international codes, standards, and regulations. Reporting: Prepare technical documents, progress reports, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholder
