Job Description

1. With product strategic planning, judge the market development trend through market feedback, and output product demand; 2. Deep understanding of online and offline channel models; 3. Responsible for product lifecycle Sales & Operations Management; 4. Output corresponding product sales planning for different departments, including new product planning, policy planning, channel strategy, sales rhythm, etc.; 5. Formulate corresponding sales targets, balance channel demands, control market order, and maintain market stability; 6. Analyze the reasons for changes, life cycle planning, and control product sales risks. 1. Have a certain knowledge and understanding of Xiaomi 2. Strong communication skills, outgoing personality, strong ability to coordinate resources, and strong willingness to grow 3. Have an active sense, be good at discovering and solving problems, and be able to propose reasonable improvement plans 4. Preference for operators who understand or are interested 5.
