Job Description

The Senior Contracts Administrator/ Contract Formation Engineer will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts in support of major rail and metro projects. The role is critical to ensuring all contractual obligations are clearly defined, aligned with statutory/regulatory requirements, and meet organisational objectives, with a strong focus on risk management. Missions/Main Duties Contract Development: Prepare, review, and finalize tender and contract documents (including conditions of contract, special conditions, technical specifications, BOQs, drawings). Tendering: Support the full tender process (from prequalification to contract award), including bid evaluation and analysis.
