Job Description

A highly experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Engineer to contribute to the design, coordination, and execution of large-scale real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and developers to ensure that all building designs are aesthetically pleasing, structurally sound, cost-effective, and fully compliant with applicable codes and regulations. This role requires strong technical competence, leadership in design coordination, and the ability to manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the full project lifecycle. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring design integrity and supporting the successful delivery of commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. Responsibilities: Lead and manage architectural design processes from concept through construction. Review and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and submittals with other engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, landscape). Ensure compliance with local codes, building regulations, and sustainability standards. Participate in feasibility studies, site evaluations, and pre-construction planning.
