Job Description

The Global Head of Talent Acquisition will lead and scale our global recruitment function to meet the evolving needs of a fast-growing, mission-critical organization. Reporting to the Global Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for the strategy, operations, tools, and results of OPSWATs hiring engine across all functions and regions, with a particular focus on technical, product, engineering, go-to-market (GTM), and sales talent. You will develop and execute a globally consistent, locally adaptable recruiting strategy, attracting world-class candidates across cybersecurity, engineering, GTM, and G&A roles. This is a key leadership role in shaping how OPSWAT grows and wins globally. What You Will Be Doing Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to translate headcount and growth plans into sourcing strategies and resource allocation
