Job Description

Purpose of the Position: Control Cost Forecasting Activities. Main Responsibilities: Prepare Cost to Complete of awarded Insulation, Scaffolding, Refractory, Paining & Fireproofing Projects & cost forecasting activities. Prepare estimation reports. Support to determine resource allocation. Anticipate potential risks and devise solutions to prevent them. Develop strategies to improve project profitability. Create & adjust budgets for projects. Contribute to time allocation & management of project schedules. Adjust estimations & outcomes based on changing requirements. Assess completed projects to find areas of improvement. Undertake any other related responsibilities assigned.
