Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Senior Software Engineer who is ready to step into a Team Lead role to design, develop, and deliver robust, scalable, and innovative solutions across the full technology stack. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in both front-end and back-end development, coupled with proficiency in database design and administration, and a solid understanding of modern software architecture. You will lead a team through the full software development lifecycle and drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of software engineers through the full software development lifecycle: planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and foster a culture of continuous learning
