Job Description

The Support Engineer provides high-level technical assistance to customers, ensuring the optimal performance of command and control , vision and monitoring , and communication and navigation systems . The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving configuration and integration problems, and providing supervision and technical guidance to the MRO maintenance team . The Support Engineer also conducts regular analysis of technical issues to identify recurring failures, recommend preventive measures, and support system sustainability through redesign or enhanced maintenance. Additionally, the position actively participates in configuration management , overseeing engineering changes, ensuring change consistency, and validating system configurations. The engineer keeps all stakeholders informed about the status and performance of supported systems.
