Job Description

SYSTRA is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works for rail/metro projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the management of costs, contracts, and commercial aspects of complex infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on the MEP discipline. Missions/Main Duties Key Responsibilities Prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documentation for MEP systems on rail/metro projects. Conduct regular cost analyses and provide value engineering recommendations during project design and construction phases. Undertake measurement and valuation of MEP works (on site and from drawings) for interim and final payments. Evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims related to MEP works, including variations and change orders. Perform duties compliant with the PMC scope, including oversight of contractors and implementation of robust cost controls on behalf of the client.
