Job Description

The Support Technician is responsible for providing technical assistance in the diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues across command and control (C2) , monitoring and vision , and communication systems . The role requires a certified technician with a solid background in telecommunications and practical experience supporting complex electronic and communication systems. The technician will assist engineers in maintenance, installation, and fault resolution tasks to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems in command and control, monitoring and vision, and communication systems. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities under the supervision of engineering staff. Support system installation, configuration, inspection and testing activities.
