Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Revit Modeler / 3D Visualization Draftsman to support our design and technical teams in producing accurate Revit models, CAD drawings, and high-quality 3D renderings. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drafting skills and good knowledge of architectural visualization software. Responsibilities: Support real estate development projects by producing accurate design documentation that aligns with the vision and technical requirements of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Develop architectural, civil, and structural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software. Create floor plans, elevations, sections, and site layouts in coordination with design teams. Update and revise drawings based on feedback, markups, and site conditions. Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and consultants for design accuracy. Prepare submission drawings for approvals from local authorities and regulatory bodies. Conduct site visits for verification, measurement, and drawing updates as needed.
