Job Description & Summary The Human Capital Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day HR operations across multiple regions. This role ensures consistent execution of HR processes, compliance with company policies and labor laws, and delivery of efficient, high-quality HR services. The position manages a team of six Associates to support organizational goals related to employee life cycle management, data accuracy, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Operations Management Oversee end-to-end HR operations across three regions, ensuring standardized processes and compliance with policies. Manage HR administration, including employee records, contracts, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR systems. Ensure timely and accurate execution of employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and status changes. Monitor and improve HR operational KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, accuracy, employee satisfaction).
