Job Description

Purchasing Representative is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, supplies, and services necessary for company operations. This role ensures that purchases are cost-effective, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time to support organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Make purchase of products or materials required from the direct manager Set a daily itinerary to complete the required tasks to avoid delays and getting into road crises Save supplier warehouse locations and contact numbers of delegates Follow up on delivery dates of orders and ensure supply on time Address any complaints or issues related to the purchased materials Make a record of cash purchases and match them with the cash work order on a daily basis Keep accurate records of all purchase transactions
