Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Advisor based in Jeddah. The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing and reviewing legal documents, analyzing legal issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. The role requires expertise in labor and employment law and the ability to address client concerns with professionalism and clarity. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law. Minimum of 5 years of professional legal experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Proficiency in drafting contracts and legal memoranda in both Arabic and English. Extensive knowledge of Saudi regulations, including but not limited to the Companies Law, Labor Law, Contract Law, and Foreign Investment Law. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
