Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Facility Operations: Manage daily operations, ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and cleanliness of all facilities. Maintenance Management: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs; oversee repairs and maintenance activities performed by internal staff and external contractors. Budget Management: Prepare and manage the facility budget, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations. Compliance: Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards. Vendor Management: Identify and manage relationships with service providers, contractors, and vendors; negotiate contracts and ensure quality service delivery. Space Planning: Assist in planning and organizing space utilization, ensuring optimal layout and functionality. Sustainability Initiatives: Implement and promote sustainable practices and energy-saving measures within the facilities. Team Leadership: Supervise and train facility staff, ensuring high performance and professional development. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, ensuring staff are trained and prepared for emergencies.
