Job Description

The Sales & Event Specialist plays a key role in daily booth operations at Boutique by Al-Khozama Wedding Booth. The role focuses on customer engagement, ensuring an excellent guest experience, managing coffee service, maintaining booth appearance, and following Saudi Royal and HNWI protocol. Key Responsibilities Operational Support Assist Supervisor with daily booth operations. Ensure booth is functional, presentable, and well-organized. Troubleshoot issues (e.g., iPads, promotional materials). Booth Maintenance Maintain booth cleanliness and display organization. Ensure technology (e.g., iPads) is charged and working. Report maintenance needs. Coffee Service Coordination Coordinate with coffee service provider. Ensure coffee station is stocked, clean, and welcoming.
