Job Description

The Integrated Logistics Support Engineer is responsible for managing all obsolescence management activities related to customer systems and equipment. This includes maintaining active communication with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) , preparing detailed obsolescence reports, and ensuring timely mitigation of any identified obsolescence issues. The role involves continuous monitoring of system components to detect and address obsolescence risks that could impact service continuity or system performance. Key Responsibilities: Communicate and coordinate with OEMs to manage obsolescence activities and gather up-to-date information. Prepare and deliver comprehensive obsolescence reports including: Details of obsolete systems or equipment. Impact assessment on operations and services and maintain the Obsolescence Risk Register. Proposed technical and operational solutions.
