The Digital Transformation Director will oversee the implementation of enterprise technology systems, customer platforms, and innovation frameworks. The role is central to ensuring digital readiness at launch and scalability for future growth. Key Responsibilities Technology Strategy: Design and deliver the digital roadmap including ERP, CRM, and data systems. Innovation: Lead adoption of AI, automation, and emerging mobility technologies. Data & Analytics: Build enterprise-wide analytics frameworks. Cybersecurity: Ensure compliance, governance, and robust security practices. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with operations and product teams to digitize workflows. Talent Leadership: Build an IT/digital team capable of supporting a complex platform.
