Job Description

About the job The role serves as a strategic liaison between REMAT Al-Riyadh and Amanah Riyadh, responsible for managing and enhancing the delivery of enabling services. This position ensures effective coordination, alignment with Amanah’s priorities, and continuous improvement of service quality and stakeholder satisfaction. The incumbent acts as a key bridge between both entities, driving collaboration, operational excellence, and mutual strategic outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the main point of contact between REMAT Al Riyadh and Amanah Riyadh for all enabling services. • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term partnerships with key stakeholders at Amanah Riyadh. • Develop a deep understanding of Amanah’s strategic priorities, challenges, and operational needs to align REMAT’s enabling services accordingly. • Lead the demand planning, service request management, and delivery processes to ensure timely and high-quality service outcomes. • Proactively manage issues, ensure swift resolution, and maintain high levels of stakeholder satisfaction. • Collaborate cross-functionally with REMAT’s internal teams to design, implement, and deliver effective enabling service projects.
