Job Description

SYSTRA is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for rail/metro projects. The ideal candidate will have strong rail project experience, an in-depth understanding of cost management, and a background working with international contracts within a PMC environment. Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred. Missions/Main Duties Cost Management: Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, estimates, and cost plans throughout the project lifecycle. Valuation: Assess and certify interim valuations, variations, and contractor claims in accordance with contract terms. Measurement: Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities for civil, rail systems, and infrastructure works. Change Management: Evaluate change requests, assess cost implications, and maintain a comprehensive change register. Contract Administration: Support the PMC and client team with review and interpretation of contract documents, conditions of contract, and scope of works. Reporting: Prepare regular cost reports, forecasts, and value engineering analysis for the client and PMC management.
