Job Description

Job Responsibilites: Lead the implementation of livelihood restoration plans and all related activities to ensure their proper execution in line with the community development plan. Lead coordination and communication efforts with all internal stakeholders (planning, research, and operations) and external stakeholders, as needed, to correct any deviations in community development activities that impact the livelihood restoration of affected communities during implementation. Lead efforts to identify gaps between the property transfer plan, the community development plan, and actual project implementation, and escalate any deviations to key stakeholders to ensure that affected individuals not only rebuild their lives but also live better lives. Lead compliance efforts for all projects with international standards and communicate requirements through the application of appropriate tools. Escalate social risks and develop plans to mitigate, overcome, or relocate them. Evaluate incoming social grievances and communications (social or property transfer) and ensure they are directed to the appropriate authority for resolution.
