Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal guidance and support to our organization, ensuring compliance with local and international laws while protecting our interests. Key Responsibilities: Offer comprehensive legal advice on various corporate matters, including contracts, compliance, and risk management Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian laws, regulations, and Islamic law (Sharia) Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement legal strategies Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulations affecting the organization Provide training and guidance to staff on legal matters and compliance issues Manage external legal counsel when necessary
