As our Senior Product Manager, you'll be at the heart of the Product tribe, driving impact by: Own the end-to-end student experience across AlGooru's mobile app and website Translate educational and business goals into user-centric product solutions Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall learning success Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless and impactful product features A Day In Your Life: Strategic Product Leadership Define and evolve the student product vision aligned with business goals Build and manage product roadmaps and prioritize high-impact initiatives Conduct research to guide retention-focused decisions End-to-End Product Execution Lead product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including web and app features Convert vision into clear specs and user stories for development Drive quality assurance, testing, and timely releases Manage backlog and tech sprints for roadmap alignment Student Journey Ownership (App + Web)
