Job Description

HR Director will build the organizations people strategy, managing talent acquisition, development, and employee engagement from inception. Key Responsibilities Establish HR policies, frameworks, and compliance. Drive workforce planning and organizational design. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives. Build training, L&D, and career progression systems. Embed culture and values aligned with Vision 2030. Qualifications & Experience 15+ years in HR leadership. Proven success in setting up HR for new ventures. CIPD/SHRM certification preferred.
