Job Description

Objective : To lead and manage the Civil & Structural engineering function for Substation projects and special projects within the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector, ensuring delivery of safe, cost-effective, and technically sound engineering solutions that meet client requirements, project timelines, and organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management Lead the Civil & Structural engineering team for substation and special projects in the T&D sector. Define engineering strategy, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of all engineering outputs. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team. Engineering Design & Review Oversee preparation and validation of civil & structural designs, drawings, and BOQs for substations, foundations, buildings, and associated structures. Ensure compliance with international codes (IEC, ACI, ASTM) and local regulatory standards. Drive value engineering and cost optimization in design without compromising safety or reliability. Project Execution Support
