Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer for our metro project in Mekkah. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of relevant QA/QC experience, including significant exposure to metro or railway projects and previous PMC assignments, along with proven Middle East—ideally Saudi—project experience. Missions/Main Duties Serve as the PMC lead for Quality Assurance and Quality Control, representing the client’s interests on quality matters across all phases of the project lifecycle. Oversee implementation and compliance of QA/QC policies, plans, and procedures by design consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Review and approve contractors’ submittals, including QA/QC documentation, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and method statements, ensuring alignment with client and contract requirements. Conduct independent internal and site audits to verify conformance to project specifications, codes, standards, and contract conditions.
