The Finance Director will oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance, ensuring strong governance during pre-launch and post-launch phases. Key Responsibilities Develop financial strategies and models for the platform. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations. Manage investor relations and board-level reporting. Implement internal controls and governance frameworks. Qualifications & Experience 15+ years in financial leadership. CPA, CMA, or CFA certification preferred. Automotive or platform-based industry experience advantageous.
