Job Description

Engineering Design & Process Development Develop mass and energy balances, PFDs, and P&IDs for seawater RO desalination systems. Design and size RO trains, pumps, pretreatment units (coagulation, media filtration, UF), and post-treatment (remineralization, CO₂ dosing). Prepare detailed specifications for equipment: pressure vessels, membranes, dosing systems, and chemical treatment units. Analyze and optimize membrane performance using software Perform hydraulic calculations for multiport vessels and high-pressure piping networks. Technical Analysis & Modeling Conduct system simulations to predict performance under varying feedwater conditions. Perform recovery, energy consumption, and membrane fouling rate analysis. Evaluate energy recovery devices (ERDs) and design pressure exchanger systems.
